3. Piston valves control oil flow in both compression and rebound modes and coated piston ring reduces friction.

4. Disc design base valve system for precise force adjustment.

Bright bars of EN-8 Grade are used to manufacture piston rods on CNC and high precision centre less grinders for super finish. Hard chrome plating and polishing of the piston rod is done on automatic machines.
